If you request cancellation before kickoff and before implementation has started, you are eligible for a full refund of any prepayment made.
After Kickoff and Implementation Begins:
Once kickoff has occurred and implementation work has begun, refunds may be partial and will be determined based on work completed.
After Delivery and Acceptance:
No refunds are available once final deliverables have been delivered, reviewed, approved, and deployed.
Where a partial refund applies, the amount will be determined based on:
Third-party costs including hosting, domains, plugins, software licenses, or paid tools are non-refundable.
Ongoing support services are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed.
You may cancel at any time. Service will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
No prorated refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
If cancellation occurs before work for the billing cycle begins, a refund may be considered at our discretion.
